The first twenty minutes in a new country set the tone for the whole trip, and the taxi line at Tribhuvan International Airport is nobody’s favorite introduction to Nepal. Our airport service is deliberately boring: a driver standing at arrivals with your name on a board, a clean air conditioned car, bottled water, and a price fixed in writing before your plane ever takes off.

We track your flight, so a delay costs you nothing and nobody stands around for hours. Hotel drops anywhere in Kathmandu, Patan or Bhaktapur are included in the standard rate, and larger vehicles, a Hiace van or coaster, are ready for families, trekking groups and their duffel bags.

The same service runs in reverse for departures, with pickup times that respect both the city’s traffic and your check in, and for domestic transfers to the Pokhara, Bharatpur or Lukla side of a longer itinerary.

The details that make it work: our coordinator tracks your flight number from departure, so early arrivals and long immigration queues both land softly. The driver waits at the arrivals exit with a board bearing your name, helps with bags and confirms the hotel before moving. Payment is exactly the quoted amount, in rupees or by the payment link we send, never a roadside negotiation.

First time in Kathmandu? Ask the driver to make two quick stops on the way: a SIM card counter and a money exchange, both at airport rates that are fair. Ten minutes here saves an evening of errands.

Departures get the same treatment in reverse, with pickup times calculated from current traffic rather than optimism. For domestic connections to Pokhara, Bharatpur or a Lukla trek departure, tell us the flight and we handle the terminal transfer timing.
